NICS ( Nissan Induction Control System)

This new Nissan technology boosts torque at all speeds by the use of a variable induction valve. At low speeds, the valve closes, creating a long intake port which increases intake efficiency, increasing torque. At high speeds, the valve opens; creating a short intake port that better suits the efficiency of air intake at speed, increasing torque for fast highway crusing

Fuel Consumption

Thanks to its improved engine design and enhanced aerodynamics, the new Patrol offers 20 percent lower fuel consumption that the previous MT model, and 5-speed AT fuel consumption performance that is better that the competition.
